Objective plans for pitchers who want to push past internal ques and find external results.
All our pitchers are led through unique programs to move more efficiently, track throwing workload, and optimize their pitch arsenals. This is done by assessing each athlete and understanding their physical constraints, throwing capacity, and how their pitches have perfomed in games.
Every human has a set of physical constraints that govern their movement. Understanding these constraints and how they integrate with each other allows us to find the optimal path for producing and expressing force.
90% of "arm-care" is acheived through properly managing the intensity and volume of your throwing on the proper days. Building our pitchers up to a useful workload level gives us a strong foundation to operate at and gives us the best odds at preventing injury.
Modern pitching has become much more effective by understanding what pitch shapes perform to certain hitters. Everyone has unique abilities with ball-flight that we can transfer into meaningful shapes and use to build out an effective arsenal.
Our experience in the pro and private rehab spaces has given us access to resources and plans that actually work. We're not here to just get you back to "pain free," but perfoming at a higher level than before.
All programs use Pulse throwing sensors and radar guns to track workload.Arm care rebuilt from the ground up, aligned with your provider's clearance to begin throwing.
A structured catch-play progression based on workload and velocity.
Bullpens that you feel ready for and changes to clean up past deficiencies. We want you to return better than you left.
At this stage, we want you to be a brand-new pitcher physically, with a fully built-out arsenal.
My 5-year college career was riddled with underperformance, injuries, and a lot of heartbreak watching my teammates move on to the next level. I was the guy who worked too hard at the wrong things. This eventually led to my retirement from playing and a journey to become the coach I never had. Owen and I started by using myself as an experiment as we learned together how to objectively coach pitchers through their strengths and weaknesses.
We started by conducting a physical assessment on my structure to figure out who I was anatomically. Then, we targeted deficiencies in my delivery on the mound through this lens and utilized constraints to help me move more efficiently. This progressed into a throwing routine everyday coupled with a workload progression. Once I was built up to an appropriate foundation, we started to analyze my pitch arsenal and build out a meaningful package to manage both righty's and lefty's. Four new pitches were added, giving me a total of 6 shapes (4-seam, sinker, gyro, change-up, sweeper, and curveball) to use in game for whatever situation arose.
All this work led to me throwing bullpens at 92-95 T96, when I used to operate in-game at 89-92 T94 rarely. This led to me signing with the Chicago Cubs on a minor league deal in the spring of 2025. Since then, we have been able to transform me into a completely different pitcher and revive my career in ways that I never knew were possible. I believed my career was truly over and shifted my focus into becoming the very coach I was searching for but never had.
Our goal now is to provide others with this same framework that we used for myself. Numbers don't lie and the only way to progress on the mound is through objective data and objectives. Don't leave your career in the hands of coaches who are guessing and not using modern tools to get you better.
